This is the first Christmas I’ve celebrated before the actual holiday. We had our Christmas last Saturday and had a lovely time.
Christmas is the one time of year when I break the healthy meal rule in the home and bake the family favorites, and serve meat. At the end of the day, all the excess goes home with someone else. My daughter-in-law took the baking supplies such as flour, coconut and sugar while my son took home the leftovers.
The children weren’t overwhelmed with gifts yet each gift they received was one that would give them hours of imaginative play and creativity (such as learning to stitch seen above).
So today my wish is that each of you have a Christmas as satisfying and filled with love as ours was.
Merry Christmas to you, my online best friends.
Merry Christmas Lois and have a happy new year xx
